Charity

Our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives focus on creating meaningful impact both inside and outside the organisation. Throughout the year, we organise and participate in a range of charity initiatives, including fundraising campaigns, volunteering days, and community partnerships. These efforts are driven by our charity committee, a group of 11 members of the team who are playing an active role in causes that matter to them.

We work with a variety of charitable organisations and community groups, supporting initiatives that make a tangible difference. Whether through financial contributions, hands-on volunteering, or awareness campaigns, our goal is to contribute positively and responsibly to the wider community.

We help growing firms find highly sought after talent through a consultative, executive search style approach.

Beyond performance, we remain committed to making a positive and lasting impact. Our approach to corporate social responsibility is rooted in supporting people, strengthening communities, and contributing to positive change within our industry.

In 2025, we were proud to partner with Programme One, supporting their work to address the underrepresentation of Black talent specifically within recruitment. Through this partnership, we aim to help create more inclusive and accessible pathways into the industry and support long-term progress.

This included PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide, a UK charity dedicated to preventing suicide among young people and providing confidential support to those who need it.

We also supported Chestnut Tree House, a children’s hospice that provides care and essential support for children with life-limiting conditions and their families.

In addition, we raised funds for Movember, a global movement focused on men’s mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer, encouraging awareness, early intervention and open conversations around men’s health.

Alongside fundraising, we were proud to support Changing Pathways through a Christmas donation drive. Changing Pathways works across Essex to support women and children who have experienced domestic abuse, helping them to rebuild their lives safely.

Supporting their Christmas appeal was particularly important to us, ensuring families received practical support during a challenging time of year.

Looking ahead, we plan to support two further charities next year, alongside continuing to back initiatives led by our team.

To better support these efforts, we have introduced a paid time off allowance for volunteering and charity fundraising, enabling our people to contribute their time as well as financial support.
