Tina and Isabella lead the Legal Executive Search team at Leadenhall, working closely with Consultant Ben and Associate Consultant Louisa to deliver a truly global reach, with particular strength across the UK and US markets.
They partner with international firms, US and Magic Circle law firms, specialist boutiques, and in-house legal teams across a broad range of sectors, supporting high-calibre talent acquisition and strategic hiring initiatives. Their mandates typically span Associate through to Partner level, as well as Legal Counsel to General Counsel appointments, with base salaries ranging from £100,000 to £800,000.
Operating on an exclusive, retained or contingent basis, the team consistently secures repeat instructions and outstanding feedback from both clients and candidates.
