With over 10 years’ recruitment experience, I work globally—across the US, Europe, and APAC—partnering with both consulting firms and industry-leading organisations.

My expertise and passion lies in helping collaborate with clients to scale their teams quickly and enter new markets through office build-outs and strategic hiring. I particularly enjoy building long-term partnerships, aligning hiring strategy with business goals. Working in the dynamic Data and Finance space allows me to stay close to cutting-edge technologies and top-tier professionals. Many of the candidates I work with are looking to transition away from large  enterprises to high-growth, boutique firms, seeking greater impact, autonomy, or innovation. Career History

After earning a Master’s in History and Politics from the University of Glasgow, I spent two years traveling through Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. During my time abroad, I took on a range of roles—from banana farmhand to bricklayer, bartender, and even a stint in banking. When I returned to the UK, I considered my career options and found recruitment to be an ideal fit. It was an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment that combined relationship-building, and high earning potential. In 2015, I began my career in recruitment at a large Edinburgh-based firm—and I haven’t looked back since.

Outside of Work

I’m a proud father of two young boys, and most of my time outside work is spent with my wife and family. I also play weekly five-a-side and captain a local 11s football team alongside being a fan of Manchester United and England. In the summer, I enjoy golfing and exploring new and exotic holiday destinations whenever I get the chance.

I lead the Strategy Consulting team here, focusing on appointments worldwide (US & UK, Europe). Moreover, as a Director at Leadenhall Search, I lead the growth and operational development of the firm. We work with a number of boutique consultancies and strategy houses as well as accounting advisory and CFO advisory firms in the US, UK and Europe. We typically cover roles ranging from Consultant to Partner level and base salaries anywhere up to $450k. I recruit permanent staff on a contingent and retained basis. I focus solely on consulting roles, with focus and expertise areas across TMT, Retail/Consumer, FS, Business Services, Energy/Oil/Gas, Digital, Healthcare, Commercial Due Diligence,  Finance Transformation and Deal Advisory.

I’ve spent the first 5 years of my recruitment career within the corporate governance space with FS focus. I have then decided to make a switch into the consulting and strategy space and have not looked back since! I have gained experience in working on senior level executive mandates, as well as team moves and I approach every candidate’s job search tailored to their motivations and expectations.

I have always enjoyed working with professional and highly intellectual clients and candidates, as well as approaching recruitment in an intelligent way, partnering with my stakeholders on their search for talent or their next role. I find the consulting market especially exciting to work with due to its relatability to the worldwide markets and forces, where I get to work with professionals that influence global and local organisations on a daily basis. I believe that within the strategy and advisory consulting space the line between client and candidate is blurred and aim to partner with professionals to help them expand their own departments or find the best next step in their career, or simply provide them with relevant market information and insight.

As mentioned above, I started off within a large recruitment firm (largest in the UK in fact) and progressed within the internal audit team there leading on to managing the team as well. Having spent 5 years at a large, global recruitment firm and then a year within a smaller, yet still sizeable organisation, I was looking for a company where things were done differently and where I could be heavily involved in growing a business and moulding the way things are approached and business is done. It was also refreshing to see and create a healthy gender diversity balance within Leadenhall and real genuine desire to create a business with a healthy work/life balance (everyone says they can achieve this, not everyone does!). I find an even bigger motivational drive that I can work hard and achieve my career goals, whilst shaping my work around my life, rather than the other way round. Since joining, being promoted to Director, having my best year in recruitment ever and growing and developing an amazing team and company, I can confidently say this was the best career choice I could have made.

Career History

I am originally from Ukraine and have been in the UK for 13 years (funny enough you will not get the expected strong harsh Eastern European accent from me). I came to the UK for Sixth Form (Sevenoaks School), then proceeded to graduate from Warwick University (BSc Management) with a 2.1 and had very little idea as to what career route to take. After interviewing for a number of Marketing & Sales roles, and one or two recruitment jobs, I got sold the recruitment dream and very quickly turned down my Masters offer to join Hays in summer 2014. I had spent just a month short of 5 years at Hays in London working my way up through the levels and becoming an expert in the internal audit market within FS, as well as leading the internal audit team.

I enjoyed my time at Hays tremendously and have gained some of my best friends there, as well as solid recruitment experience and skillset. However, I was ready for a change to a more mature culture organisation with higher standards and performance, as well as a change of specialism. Strategy consulting had sparked my interest when interviewing and I decided to join Investing to set up and develop their Partner hiring desk focused on the DACH region. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 impact, a number of jobs were affected at Investigo and I was made redundant. Fortunately, that meant I had secured my dream role and career with Leadenhall Search and have since stepped into an operational leadership role of our growing dynamic firm.

Outside of Work

Despite having lived in London for 7 years, I still enjoy exploring the city and what it has to offer, especially its food scene… I am also known to get really creative with my holiday allowance and maximise the amount of travel back home to Ukraine as well abroad.

As a side business, I am a Co-Founder of a fine jewellery brand, as jewellery has always been a passion of mine (mostly from consumer perspective, and now from a designer perspective too!).

I run our advisory consulting division here at Leadenhall and also have responsibility across the business for hiring, performance management and our P&L. We work with a number of boutique consultancies and strategy houses as well as in-house strategy roles for a variety of blue-chip organisations in North America and the UK. We typically cover roles ranging from Consultant to Director level and base salaries anywhere from $100,000 to $500,000.

Having worked with a variety of different sized firms I probably have enjoyed the partnerships with my smaller clients more, there’s a sense of satisfaction seeing the growth of the firm over the years of your partnership and the relationships as a whole tend to be a lot more two way.

Having spent 7 years at a large, global recruitment firm I was looking for a company where things were done differently and where I could be heavily involved in growing a business from the ground up. It helped that an old colleague had setup Leadenhall so I had some insider information! The key differences between us and other recruitment firms is definitely our approach to the job in terms of quality and also how much responsibility we give our staff regardless of level. We don’t believe in KPI’s or micromanagement in any way, building long-term relationships with clients and candidates is valued far and away above short term wins.

Career History

Having started studying History at the University of Exeter I quickly realised higher education wasn’t for me. At 19 I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted to do but I knew I was keen to work in London in fast paced environment. My dad was a shipbroker and after considering moving into that space I realised that with us both having the same name it was going to be difficult to escape his shadow if that was what I chose! Whilst looking at some different options I stumbled across recruitment, went for an interview and a week later had accepted an offer without really knowing what had happened! I spent 7 years with Aston Carter where I started out working on the consulting team and continued to do so during my whole stint there. It was a tough environment but nevertheless I have a lot of good memories from my time there.

Since joining Leadenhall I’ve overseen our transition from being a 100% investor owned business to an 85% employee owned business with over half of our current employees already being shareholders. Our Director team is committed to sharing the success of the business both in the short and long term with all of the flock.

Outside of Work

My biggest passions are travel, good food, cricket and Chelsea FC. In the summer captaining Leadenhall’s ‘Last Man Stands’ cricket team and my local cricket team keeps me pretty busy. In the winter the focus shifts onto going to the theatre, eating out and generally enjoying what London has to offer.

My wife Dana is also one of my fellow Directors, so the business is never far away from our thoughts whether it’s the week or the weekend! We also love to travel both with the Leadenhall flock (to Val Thorens and Mykonos this year!) and just the two of us: snowmobiling in the Arctic Circle in Finland and spending 2 weeks in the jungle in Bali are some recent highlights!

I work closely with founders, partners, and leadership teams across the US to understand their unique propositions and build talent strategies aligned to their long-term growth. I will then headhunt to their specific requirements from Graduate to the Partner level. Salaries ranging $100,000- $500,000.

I began my recruitment career in 2019, where I led end-to-end processes and conducted in-depth interviews with every candidate. This gave me a strong foundation in assessing potential and understanding what clients look for – skills I still apply today when preparing candidates for senior-level roles.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about cooking and sharing great food with friends—whether that’s hosting dinners or discovering new restaurants. I also love to travel and immerse myself in different cultures around the world. Exploring new places goes hand-in-hand with my love of food, and I’m always excited to try local cuisines and bring new flavours back to my own kitchen.

I head up our Energy and Resources department and daily interact with a variety of individuals from across the globe. I work with entry level candidates all the way up to C-Suite professionals, with backgrounds in strategy, operations, data, technology, and finance across the entire energy sector. I also co-lead the learning and development programme here at Leadenhall, an aspect of the job I very much enjoy, planning and organising company training sessions.

Career History

I graduated from the University of Exeter with a degree in History. I also undertook two business modules in my final year, to enhance my entrepreneurial nature. Prior to university I served as Head Boy alongside my undertaking of A Levels.

Outside of Work Outside of work I enjoy playing and watching football and partaking in quizzes, and I also still run my own weekly quiz night at a former pub of the year in London.

I primarily focus on placing individuals through all seniority levels at top tier boutique or mid-sized consultancies in the UK, USA or MENA regions. At my level, I look to continue to engage with clients and candidates as I consistently look to build on my current portfolio of clients as well and broaden Leadenhall’s worldwide presence.

Coming from Zambia, I have always had an interest in working with a corporate boutique firm, especially in London! Having graduated as an international student from the University of Exeter with a BSc Business and Management degree, I paid particular interest in core financial/business/accounting and marketing modules. From my experiences in university and the various locations I have lived and schooled in, I identified the strength I have in relationship building. Additionally, through these I learnt the value and importance of networking whether that be over a coffee or a high-profile client meeting. Outside of Work

Outside the office environment, I am either an avid fisherman or enjoying the free time I have with my mates across London. When I get the chance to get back home to Zambia, I enjoy riding enduro and motocross while checking up on how our Pecan nut and Avocado farm is running. A nature and farm enthusiast through and through I am thoroughly enjoying the city life of London and enjoy all the various activities the city has to offer.

I am a Principal Consultant within the Legal Search team here at Leadenhall, recruiting from Corporate Counsel/Associate to General Counsel/CLO/Partner across the US and UK market. Salaries range from $100k-$800k depending on the role. I work with law firms as well as in-house legal teams at companies from key sectors including, Financial Services, Investment Management, Energy/Oil&Gas, and Technology.

I graduated from The University of Nottingham with a 2:1 in History and was keen to join a sales environment where I could utilise my relationship building skills in a career. During my summers I regularly worked at The Wimbledon Championships and constantly took up other side roles alongside my studies.

Outside of Work

Food is a big love of mine, and being in London means there’s always new restaurants to try!  I try to stay active with either reformer Pilates classes or signing up to new events. A goal of mine is to run a marathon in a different country each year.

I lead the HR and Business Operations functions for the Leadenhall Search with a key focus on learning and development, enhancing employee engagement and shaping the People strategy as well as broader operational initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, I manage a broad range of HR operations, including onboarding, employee benefits, HR database management, reference requests, talent acquisition, compliance, data analysis, and policy development.

Previously, I worked as a recruitment consultant specialising in the US market, equipping me with valuable insights to support employees throughout their journey with us. From there, I transitioned into running the HR function for a recruitment firm, where I supported teams across the UK, US, and Germany. Outside of Work

Prior to my career in recruitment and HR, I studied music at university. Music is still a big passion of mine and I strive to go to concerts, visit the ballet and opera in London as much as possible! After completing my LPC and Master’s degree, I spent a few years working at a law firm before making the transition into recruitment. I began my recruitment career in the life sciences sector, where I was rapidly promoted through to Senior Consultant. Following a successful period in that field, I decided to bring together my legal background and recruitment experience by moving into the legal sector — a transition I’ve found both rewarding and enjoyable ever since.

Outside of work:

I have a deep love for music and regularly sing at church – whether as part of the choir, the worship team, or performing solos. Music has always been a meaningful part of my life. I’m also passionate about travelling and have been fortunate enough to visit a variety of countries, with my next destination being to Korea, as I’ve developed a real fascination with Korean culture and cuisine.

I focus on the Financial Services space, particularly in areas such as Deals & Transaction Advisory Services, FDD, M&A, Private Equity, and Investment Banking. I started recruiting in the Data & Technology market, but as my network grew, I found myself naturally gravitating toward the world of financial advisory – it’s fast-moving, commercial, and full of high-impact opportunities. I now work with top-tier professionals across both permanent and interim roles, typically in the base salary range of $150,000 to $500,000. With a background in History and Business, I bring a thoughtful, people-first approach to my work, and I’m lucky to be part of a high-performing team. Outside of work my passion is mainly sport and literature. When I have time, I like to play golf on weekends and during the weekdays I take part in a 6-a-side football team. I am a massive Arsenal fan and love going to the Emirates whenever opportunity permits.

I am a financial services specialist with a particular focus on front-to-back Investment Management and Alternatives recruitment. In this space, I partner with a range of firms across investment management, asset management, and investment advisory. Typical mandates span portfolio management, investment research, investment and operational due diligence, fund accounting, and client facing advisory roles across asset classes including real assets, private credit, private equity, real estate and hedge funds.

Career History

After finishing my studies at Hereford Cathedral School, I went on a gap year, consisting of a ski season in Alpe d’Huez and travelling East Australia. I then went on to enjoy a brilliant three years at Newcastle University graduating with a degree in Business and Media and Communications.

Outside of Work

Outside of work I love to play and watch sport especially rugby, football and cricket. If you don’t find me on the rugby field, you will no doubt find me enjoying a few pints or a bite to eat with mates across the wide range of pubs and restaurants London has to offer.

My experience spans placing candidates from entry-level positions to C-suite executives, focusing on roles in organisational strategy, operational efficiency, market positioning, communications, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and financial restructuring. I work with professionals across diverse industries, including technology, healthcare, energy, and financial services, on an international scale. Typically, salaries range from $75,000 – $750,000.

I graduated from the University of Kent with a degree in English and American Literature. Before joining Leadenhall, I spent 18 months at an international communications firm in an Account Management role.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing netball and have really gotten into running over the past couple of years. I love going for runs with friends of a weekend, exploring new areas, and discovering new lunch spots.

I enjoy living a very active lifestyle, playing cricket in the summer and rugby in the winter, spending as much time as I can outdoors. Travelling has always been a passion of mine, having visited 27 countries with Poland being my personal favourite. At weekends, I enjoy reading, going to the cinema, walking my dog, and spending time with family and friends.

Having graduated from Cardiff University in 2021 with a Joint honours Degree in Politics and Religious Studies I began my career working in Real Estate before transitioning to a tech-sales role.  I have always loved working with people and therefore recruitment seemed a natural choice that would allow me to fulfil this.

Away from the office I love discovering new places to eat with friends. Also having completed a ski season just before joining Leadenhall I also love being in the mountains and skiing in the Winter.

Originally, I wanted to go down the medicine/doctor route, but after studying Neuroscience, I realised, although it was very interesting, the medical life wasn’t for me.
