I recruit talent across a wide range of levels, from entry-level roles through to senior leadership, covering the full transformation lifecycle. I typically hire people into companies with salaries from $120,000 – $400,000, in strategy, operations, digital, change, data and AI, as well as product and programme delivery.
I take a hands-on, relationship-focused approach and aim to create long-term value for both clients and candidates. I work closely with both consulting firms and industry clients to help shape teams that can deliver end-to-end business change. With experience across both environments, I connect organisations with people who bring the right mix of technical skills, adaptability and cultural fit.

I was immediately drawn to Leadenhall’s collaborative, social and progressive culture, which strongly aligns with my own character and way of working. The emphasis on initiative and ownership particularly appeals to me, having experienced more process-heavy environments where decision-making is slow and there is limited scope for new ideas. I thrive in settings that value autonomy and fresh thinking, where I can contribute both my skill set and personality. Additionally, Leadenhall’s connection to global markets strongly resonates with my background as a languages graduate and my long-standing ambition to build an internationally focused career.
Career History
During my degree, I gained international experience through internships in Paris and Munich with Clifford Chance and Allianz SE, developing skills across transformation consulting, business development and partnership management. I graduated from the University of Exeter with First Class Honours in BA French and German, achieving Spoken Distinctions in both languages. I am now beginning my career at Leadenhall, where I aim to contribute strong interpersonal, communication and language skills within the Transformation Consulting team, alongside a keen interest in strategy and AI.
Outside of work
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through running, cycling and swimming, and skiing in the winter. Based in London, I also love exploring the city’s growing food and fitness scenes, from new speakeasies or restaurant openings to run clubs!
