I work within the legal search team here at Leadenhall, recruiting from Corporate Counsel/Associate to General Counsel/CLO/Partner across the US and UK markets. Salaries typically range from $100k-$500k depending on the role. I work with law firms as well as in-house legal teams at companies from key sectors including, Healthcare, Financial Services, Investment Management and Energy/Oil & Gas, and as my career progresses, I look forward to working in ever-growing and dynamic marketplace.
Why I chose Leadenhall
While at university I explored several different career opportunities, however, Leadenhall stood out from the rest due to its boutique nature and driven office culture. The opportunity to work in a commission-driven environment was particularly appealing to me as it provides chance for both personal and professional development by working closely with senior colleagues. Leadenhall’s ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand candidates’ individual needs has been fundamental to being a market leader and was something I was eager to be part of.
Career History
While at the University of Birmingham I completed placements at two high profile golf clubs as a business operations intern which I thoroughly enjoyed. Since graduating, I have been eager to start my career at Leadenhall and I am equally excited to progress and develop in the industry.
Outside of Work
Outside of work I spend a lot of my time playing golf, practicing and competing as much as I can, and during the winter I like to go skiing in the Alps at least once or twice a year. Whenever I am back home, I will always make sure to go for a hike in the Peak District with my family, followed by a few pints in a local country pub.
