As a dedicated recruitment partner, I help independent management consultancies scale and strengthen their teams with top-tier talent. My focus lies in supporting firms that deliver end-to-end business transformation – spanning strategic design through to implementation and delivery.
I work closely with founders, partners, and leadership teams across the US to understand their unique propositions and build talent strategies aligned to their long-term growth. I will then headhunt to their specific requirements from Graduate to the Partner level. Salaries ranging $100,000- $500,000.
With a deep understanding of the consulting landscape and the evolving demands of transformation work, I connect consultancies with high-impact professionals who bring the expertise, agility, and cultural fit required to drive meaningful outcomes for their clients.
Whether supporting early-stage scale-ups or more established boutique firms, my role is to act as a strategic advisor, delivering a personalised, relationship-led recruitment service that balances speed, quality, and precision.

Career History
I began my recruitment career in 2019, where I led end-to-end processes and conducted in-depth interviews with every candidate. This gave me a strong foundation in assessing potential and understanding what clients look for – skills I still apply today when preparing candidates for senior-level roles.
I then joined Leadenhall Search & Selection as part of the strategy team, using this as a platform to broaden my expertise into the full business transformation lifecycle. Today, I specialise in helping independent management consultancies grow by hiring exceptional talent across strategy, transformation, and delivery.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, I’m passionate about cooking and sharing great food with friends—whether that’s hosting dinners or discovering new restaurants. I also love to travel and immerse myself in different cultures around the world. Exploring new places goes hand-in-hand with my love of food, and I’m always excited to try local cuisines and bring new flavours back to my own kitchen.
