I lead the HR and Business Operations functions for the Leadenhall Search with a key focus on learning and development, enhancing employee engagement and shaping the People strategy as well as broader operational initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, I manage a broad range of HR operations, including onboarding, employee benefits, HR database management, reference requests, talent acquisition, compliance, data analysis, and policy development.

Career History
Previously, I worked as a recruitment consultant specialising in the US market, equipping me with valuable insights to support employees throughout their journey with us. From there, I transitioned into running the HR function for a recruitment firm, where I supported teams across the UK, US, and Germany. This experience has equipped me with a strong foundation in supporting a recruitment business globally. Having started my journey at Leadenhall Search in October 2024, I was delighted to step up to Head of HR & Operations in Summer 2025.
Outside of Work
Prior to my career in recruitment and HR, I studied music at university. Music is still a big passion of mine and I strive to go to concerts, visit the ballet and opera in London as much as possible! To stay active, I’m a regular at reformer Pilates and Barre classes, whether after work or on weekends.
