My Specialty
At Leadenhall I work across the legal market in both the US and UK, supporting clients on a range of hires from junior qualified lawyers through to senior leadership appointments, including General Counsel, CLO and Partner level roles. The positions I work on typically carry compensation ranging from around $100k to $500k depending on seniority and location. I partner with both leading law firms and in house legal teams across sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Investment Management and Energy/Oil & Gas. As I continue to develop in the role, I look forward to strengthening my knowledge of the legal market and building long term relationships within this fast paced and evolving industry.
Why I chose Leadenhall
Moving to Leadenhall felt like a very positive change from my previous role, and it quickly became clear that many of the things I felt were missing before were present here. The boutique nature of the firm and the ambitious, driven office culture immediately stood out to me. The opportunity to work in a commission driven environment was particularly appealing, as the earning potential and performance based structure reward hard work and results. I was also drawn to the legal industry, which I find both fascinating and highly dynamic. From my very first interactions during the interview process I felt genuinely welcomed and at home, and the firm’s focus on building strong relationships with both clients and candidates made it an environment I was eager to be part of.
Career History
While studying accounting and finance at the University of Surrey I volunteered with the Oddballs Foundation, raising awareness of testicular cancer within the community. After graduating, I worked as a Sales and Business Development Executive at a technology start up, supporting growth across AI driven wellbeing and cyber security solutions. I am now looking forward to beginning my career at Leadenhall and developing further within the industry.
Outside of Work
Outside of work I spend a lot of my time playing golf and rugby. During the winter I enjoy skiing, and whenever I am back home in North Yorkshire, I like to spend time in the countryside with family and friends. I also enjoy travelling and exploring new countries whenever I get the chance.
