As a Consultant within our Strategy Consulting team, I support leading independent consultancies to recruit top talent across cyber security, risk, compliance, data, and transformation, helping them strengthen their capabilities in an increasingly complex digital landscape. From shaping cyber defence functions and regulatory compliance teams to driving data-led transformation, I connect firms with the professionals who make resilience and innovation possible
Working across the UK, US, and Europe, I partner with founders and senior leaders to understand their unique propositions.
I also have a background in Risk Management recruitment, placing professionals into consultancies who bring deep expertise from both industry and top tier consulting firms, including at Partner level setting up new offices and areas of work.
Whether supporting early-stage scale-ups, established boutique firms, or firms looking to build out new areas, my goal is to act as a trusted advisor and deliver with quality, pace, and long-term value.

After deciding to start my career in recruitment after graduating, I was on the search to find a firm that was boutique and specialised. Career History
I graduated from the University of Reading with a First-Class Degree in History. I also worked multiple part-time jobs alongside my studies.
