My Specialty
As an Associate Consultant I support both consulting firms and industry clients globally in building high-performing teams that drive end-to-end business transformation from strategic advisory through to hands-on implementation and delivery. I recruit across all levels from analysts to senior leadership and across the full transformation value chain, including strategy, operations, digital, change, and program delivery.
I am currently expanding my focus on transformation consulting, with a growing focus on data, AI, and software engineering talent. I support boutique management consultancies and tech-driven firms as they scale their teams, with a hands-on and personable approach, building trusted, relationship-led partnerships with both clients and candidates.

Career History
Having graduated from University of Exeter in 2025, with a degree in BSc Politics and International Relations, I am excited to have started my professional career in recruitment. Having taken a Study Abroad Year in Australia, with a lot of travelling throughout this, I enjoy working with global markets and connecting with people from across the world, and so marrying this with my interest in AI and tech from previous data analysis internships made recruitment in digital transformations a great next step.
Outside of Work
Away from the office I love keeping active, whether that’s Pilates, dance, going to the gym, or running. I also enjoy travelling with friends and exploring new places to eat and sights to learn about.
