My speciality
I work across Strategy & Financial Advisory consulting, placing Growth strategy, CDD, Transformation, Transactions and Financial Advisory consultants with rapidly scaling boutique and mid-tier businesses.
I work across geographies, primarily delivering to mandates across USA, UK & Europe, however we also build out brand new offices for our long-standing clients spanning across APAC, MENA and LATAM too.
My team and I primarily work on a contingent basis, filling roles ranging from Consultant to Partner/MD.
Why did you choose Leadenhall
Deciding to join Leadenhall wasn’t hard at all. After interviewing at other recruitment companies, Leadenhall stood out to me because the boutique aspect of the company meant personal growth was a priority, as well as company culture. Additionally, having no KPIs meant the natural desire to achieve more was amplified, and with the encouraging, yet healthy competitive atmosphere at Leadenhall, it was all a perfect fit for me.
Career History
Originally, I wanted to go down the medicine/doctor route, but after studying Neuroscience, I realised, although it was very interesting, the medical life wasn’t for me. After graduating, I worked in a healthcare company in the customer service side, which made me realise I love interacting with people. I hadn’t even considered recruitment at all, but after some interviews at different companies, I entertained the idea more. In came Leadenhall. Now, I’m really excited to see how I progress within the recruitment world and hope to advance my skills within Leadenhall.
Outside of work
If there’s a beer garden nearby, I’m there! Otherwise, when I’m not working, I love to try new food places with my friends, as well as new activities (I’ve become a beast at table tennis). I’ve also tried to restart netball after university, and the occasional tennis too.
